At Trattoria Giotto we will offer you, in addition to the tradition and genuineness that has distinguished it for over a hundred years, our meat from our own farm.
Owner Vito Zarra, also owner of the historic butcher shop Zarra, was born into a family of breeders/millers and wanted with the trattoria to close a cycle of short supply chain reserved for his customers
